For clients, nutrition help is general but will get you eating better & making the necessary changes; programming is personalized & progressed in a way that works for you; classes are fun, challenging, & worth it!

PERSONAL TRAINING
Sessions can be purchased in packages of 6 (six), 10 (ten) or 15 (fifteen)
Fixed sessions are set on a weekly basis; 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week
Session style: Individual (partner training available in the future)
Session duration: 60 minutes or 30 minutes

Kettlebell Classses & Sound Meditation
Bring water to any class you attend; try to sign-up ahead of time
KETTLEBELL FOUNDATIONS
Tuesday & Friday @ 7PM
- In this class, we are going to focus on foundational movements: press, pull, hip hinge, squat, lunge & the Turkish get up. You will increase your strength, endurance, power, cardio, grit, & skill with the kettlebell.
KETTLEBELL BOOTCAMP
Wednesday @ 7AM
- In this class, we're using a ton of modalities for training. You'll use anything from: kettlebells to dumbbells, med balls, barbell, benches, cable machines, rower, jump rope, & more to complete a GREAT WORKOUT!
SOUND MEDITATION
Thursday @ 7PM
- In this 60 minute class, you'll meditate, breathe, and focus on relaxation. By utilizing sound, the instructor will be able to get the class enveloped in the present moment. This is great to add to anyones arsenal of health & wellness.
FUNCTIONAL BREATHING
This is a program designed to help people improve their aerobic capacity, and oxygen exchange, calm their minds and apply functional breathing mechanics (long, slow, and deep breathing), and can also introduce hormetic stressors.
I do 1-on-1 sessions, small group sessions, & workshops!
